Directions & Guidance

Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of Iron Restore, 3 Ancestral Iron capsules, 4 Organic Beef Liver capsules and 2 Nature’s Vitamin C capsules daily.

We love taking Iron Restore and Nature’s Vitamin C together on a near empty stomach as a simple morning ritual, with the capsules later in the day alongside a meal. Store all four in a cool, dark, dry place. Refrigerate Iron Restore after opening and consume within three weeks. Keep the capsule lids tightly sealed.
