AUSTRALIA

Standard domestic shipping is $10 and may take up to 2-6 business days.

Express domestic shipping is $15 and may take up to 1-3 business days.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking to your e-mail.

All orders placed before 12pm will guarantee same day dispatching. 

Our warehouse team operates during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL 

Different countries carry different rates. Either progress into the checkout to calculate shipping or contact us at connect@greatspirit.com.au to get precise quote.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

DUTIES & TAXES

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to G.S in order to receive a refund.

Refunds & Returns Policy


At Great Spirit, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on the product portion of your order within 30 days of delivery.

This guarantee applies to a maximum of two units of any single product.

If you purchase a bundle of three or more units, refunds will only apply to the first two units. The remaining units will not be refunded.

This policy is in place to protect our small family business from large-quantity purchases being refunded in full, while still allowing new customers to trial our products risk-free.

Returns for Change of Mind
We are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind.
As our products are food-based, once they have left our premises there is no way to verify if they have been stored correctly or remain safe for consumption. For this reason, we cannot resell returned items and therefore cannot absorb the cost of change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at connect@greatspirit.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label if the product needs to be returned, or arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate.

Purchases from Stockists
If you purchased Great Spirit products through a retail store or other third party, please contact them directly for their returns process.
