AUSTRALIA

Standard domestic shipping is $10 and may take up to 2-6 business days.

Express domestic shipping is $15 and may take up to 1-3 business days.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking to your e-mail.

All orders placed before 12pm will guarantee same day dispatching. 

Our warehouse team operates during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL 

Different countries carry different rates. Either progress into the checkout to calculate shipping or contact us at connect@greatspirit.com.au to get precise quote.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

DUTIES & TAXES

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to G.S in order to receive a refund.

At Great Spirit, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. To keep things clear, we have two separate policies:

  1. Returns Policy (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items)

1. Returns Policy

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at connect@greatspirit.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging (if necessary)

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return (if required).

Change of mind returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • not enjoying the flavour
  • deciding it is not for you

Because our products are food based, once they have left our premises we cannot confirm storage conditions or guarantee quality for resale.

2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (Performance Based)

If you try the product and it:

  • does not support you as hoped, or
  • causes an unwanted response or side effects

you may request a refund on the product portion of your order within 30 days of delivery.

Refund limits

This guarantee applies to:

  • up to 2 units of Iron Restore
  • up to 1 unit of any capsule product

If you purchase a bundle, refunds apply only up to these limits.

What is not covered

The money back guarantee does not apply to:

  • change of mind
  • disliking the flavour or the experience of taking the product
  • deciding not to take the product after purchasing
  • being advised not to take it by a friend or practitioner after purchase

We always recommend seeking guidance from a trusted health professional if you are unsure about suitability, but refunds cannot be issued based on a change of mind.

  • the product name
  • a short description of your experience

Purchases from stockists

If you purchased through a retailer or third party, please contact them directly for their returns process.
