This program is our way of rewarding our community for authentic content that gets shared and featured on our channels.
what we're looking for
We welcome many styles of content, but the most valuable for us are:
🎥 UGC Videos (portrait/phone-style):
- Short clips (15–45 seconds) shot vertically.
- Simple reviews sharing your experience.
- “Day in the life” — show when you take Iron Restore.
- Flavour tips (mixing into juice, smoothies, or other creative ways).
- Unboxing your order.
- Testimonials or before/after stories.
📸 Photos & Social Shares:
- Lifestyle images with the product in your space.
- Posts to your Instagram/Facebook wall or story tagging us.
- Creative flat-lays with Iron Restore + juice/fruit.
📝 Reviews & Written Testimonials:
- Short written feedback is always appreciated — and even better when paired with a quick photo or video.
- Every submitted review receives a 15% discount code as a thank-you.
This code is delivered automatically through our email marketing flow, so make sure you’re subscribed to our mailing list to receive it.
👉 The more real and relatable, the better. Fancy equipment isn’t needed — your phone is perfect.
How You’ll Be Rewarded
We reward contributions in two stages:
Stage 1: Sharing Content
- $5 store credit → for posting on your social media wall or story and tagging @greatspiritau (max 1 per order).
- $10 store credit → for posting a reel to your social media and tagging @greatspiritau (max 1 per order).
This could be a short review, unboxing, recipe tip, or any of the UGC options listed on this page.
Stage 2: If Your Content Gets Featured
On top of the sharing rewards, you’ll earn additional credit if we feature your content:
- $20 store credit → when featured on our social media (Instagram, Facebook).
- $40 store credit → when featured on our website product pages.
- $100 store credit → when featured in our paid ad campaigns.
- 5% ongoing commission (paid in cash) → if your content is used in a Meta ad campaign and generates net profit. Paid at the end of the ad’s lifecycle.
How to Submit Your Content
- Post on Instagram or Facebook tagging @greatspiritau, or
- Email directly to connect@greatspirit.com.au with subject: Community Rewards Submission.
- If your content is selected for features, we’ll reach out to confirm your reward.
