By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. Items in square brackets are to be completed before publishing.

Promoter and promotional period

  1. The promoter is GREAT SPIRIT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN: 21 662 835 421) trading as Great Spirit, of 3/1 Ti Tree Place, Byron Bay, NSW 2481
  2. The promotion is the 10,000 Families Giveaway.
  3. The Promotion starts at 12:00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 18 October 2026 (the Promotional Period). All times are Sydney time.

Who can enter

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  2. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter may ask any entrant or winner for proof of identity, age and residency. A prize may be forfeited if proof is not provided.

How to enter

  1. A purchase is not necessary to enter. To enter, complete the entry form at https://greatspirit.com.au/pages/giveaway during the Promotional Period with your first name, last name and email address, and agree to these terms and conditions. Completing the form earns 1 entry.
  2. Each person may complete the entry form once. Only a person's first completed form will count. Entrants found to be using more than one email address or identity to gain extra entries will be disqualified.
  3. Entrants can earn bonus entries during the Promotional Period as follows: 

Mobile number: 1 bonus entry for providing a valid Australian mobile number in the entry form. One bonus entry per entrant.

Product reviews: 1 bonus entry for each product review submitted on greatspirit.com.au during the Promotional Period. One review per product per entrant counts, across Iron Restore, Ancestral Iron, Organic Beef Liver, Lion's Mane, Nature's Vitamin C and Ceremonial Cacao, for a maximum of 6 bonus entries

Orders: 6 bonus entries for each order placed and paid for on greatspirit.com.au during the Promotional Period, of any value. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded before the draw do not count. Purchases made through stockists, retail partners or wholesale accounts do not count.

  1. Bonus entries are matched to an entrant by email address. Reviews and orders must use the same email address as the entry form. The Promoter is not responsible for bonus entries that cannot be matched because a different email address was used.
  2. Reviews and orders made during the Promotional Period count even if they were made before the entry form was completed, as long as the entry form is completed before the Promotional Period closes.

Reviews

  1. Reviews must be genuine and based on the entrant's own experience of the product. Every genuine review earns bonus entries, whatever its star rating or sentiment. The Promoter will not edit, hide or reject a review because it is negative.
  2. Reviews that are spam, offensive, unrelated to the product, or copied from elsewhere will not earn bonus entries. Reviews left on other platforms, such as Google or social media, do not count.

The draw

  1. The draw will take place at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 3/1 Ti Tree Place, Byron Bay, NSW, 2481 by random electronic selection. Every entry, including bonus entries, has an equal chance of being drawn.
  2. The first valid entry drawn wins the major prize. The next 10 valid entries drawn each win a runner up prize. Each entrant can win only one prize. If an entrant who has already won is drawn again, that entry is set aside and another entry is drawn.

Winner notification and claiming

  1. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. The Promoter will contact winners by email only.
  2. To claim a prize, winners must reply to the notification email by 5:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 4 November 2026 with their full name, postal address and any verification requested.
  3. If a prize is not claimed by that time, a redraw will take place at 12pm AEDT on Thursday 5 November 2026 at the same address and in the same manner as the original draw. Redraw winners will be notified by email within 2 business days.
  4. The Promoter may publish the first name, last initial and state of each winner on its website and social media.

  1. Hipcamp gift voucher: issued digitally and subject to Hipcamp's own terms and conditions, including any expiry date. Hipcamp is not a sponsor of this Promotion. Travel, meals and any costs beyond the voucher value are the winner's responsibility.
  2. 12 months of Iron Restore: 12 bottles delivered in 4 deliveries of 3 bottles to one Australian address. The first delivery will be sent within 14 days of the prize being claimed, then roughly every 3 months. Delivery timing may be adjusted at the winner's request.
  3. Great Spirit gift cards: single use digital gift cards redeemable on greatspirit.com.au, valid for [12 months] from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and any unused balance cannot be refunded.
  4. Return to What's Real hamper: contents are chosen by the Promoter and may vary, with a total value of $250.
  5. Prize values are the recommended retail value at the time these terms were published. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If any part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Privacy

  1. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this Promotion, including to verify entries and deliver prizes. By entering, entrants agree to join the Great Spirit email list and receive marketing emails. Entrants who give SMS consent in the entry form will also receive marketing text messages. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  2. Personal information is handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://greatspirit.com.au/pages/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct your information. It may be shared with service providers that help run the Promotion, such as the Promoter's email platform.

General

  1. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses automated entries, places fraudulent orders, submits fake reviews, or otherwise breaches these terms.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or any prize. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  4. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law.
  5. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
  6. The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to the Promotion is final.
  7. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
